Led a 15‑person cross‑functional initiative to replatform Caskers with a mobile‑responsive redesign, automated vendor fulfillment, new site features, catalog migration, and enhanced usability ahead of the holiday season. The effort modernized the premium spirits marketplace, improving conversion, operational efficiency, and scalability during peak demand.
Co‑founded by Harvard alumni and launched in 2012 in New York City, Caskers curates artisanal spirits from master distillers worldwide, with new selections added weekly to the homepage’s “Featured Selection.” Customers must create an account to purchase, but sign‑up is streamlined via one‑click Facebook login. The company offers a curated subscription program delivering hand‑selected whiskey, vodka, and other spirits, including limited‑availability bottles, and customers earn a $10 credit for each friend’s first order through the “Invite A Friend” feature.
