To support a product objective of increasing our competitive win rate, I led an effort to drive developers toward integration activation—the milestone at which a developer completes implementation of our solution and businesses begin realizing product value.
The focus was on making it significantly easier for solution implementers and developers to integrate their eCommerce businesses with Discovery, our AI‑powered search and merchandising platform. By building tools and resources that enable developers to get started quickly and independently, we reduced reliance on in‑house professional services and customer hand‑holding, allowing our implementation model to scale more efficiently. Expanding what partners can service in an implementation also lowered integration costs for customers and increased partner‑sourced ARR.
