HARRY BARKER | Site Replatform & Digital Experience Upgrade

Led a 12‑person project to upgrade, replatform, and redesign Harry Barker’s site with improved inventory integration, mobile‑responsive design, online marketing tools, and customer segmentation. The initiative modernized the digital storefront, strengthened data‑driven merchandising, and better supported both DTC and wholesale channels.

Harry Barker, founded in 1997 and featured on Good Morning America, sells eco‑friendly luxury pet accessories through over 1,600 stores and online retailers worldwide. The site offers dog beds, blankets, leashes, treats, and biodegradable bath products, many in multiple sizes and colors and customizable for pets. A store locator helps customers find nearby retailers, wholesale sign‑up is available online, and visitors can explore the blog and subscribe to the newsletter.
