To increase competitive win rate in the upper‑midmarket Growth segment, I led an initiative to drive developers toward integration activation—the milestone at which Bloomreach Discovery is fully implemented and businesses begin realizing product value.

Previously, implementing Discovery search and merchandising features required developers to build custom code for autosuggest, faceted search, and product search, incurring significant time, cost, and learning overhead. The launch of the Commerce UI Kit (a React‑based component library) enabled developers to integrate faster, reduce errors in pixel instrumentation, and achieve faster time‑to‑value for merchants.
